English Meditation Class (Taipei)
In 2012, we will offer several classes throughout the week in the Taipei area. The classes are part of our General Program (GP) and are taught by experienced Kadampa teachers. Drop in to a meditation class soon. There is no charge for this class.
In each class there are two meditations, a teaching, and time for questions and answers.
Mondays, at Manjughosha Buddhist Centre 6:30pm - 8:00pm
with Kadampa Teacher, Stephen Charles
In this series of talks, we will look at how Buddhist meditation and practice can help us to keep a peaceful, happy mind in the midst of our busy everyday lives. In each class you will receive training in meditation at the beginning and the end of the teaching, of a length of 20 and 10 minutes.
